Our Story

Built on craftsmanship and trust

Venkata Sai Engineering was founded in 1998 with a single mission — to build process equipment that our customers could rely on, batch after batch, year after year. What started as a small fabrication unit has grown into a fully equipped facility serving regulated industries across India.

Today we deliver complete process equipment systems — reactors, vessels, ANFDs, heat exchangers, storage tanks and turnkey skids — all designed, fabricated, tested and certified under one roof. Every project is run by our in-house engineering team and executed by certified welders and finishers.

Manufacturing Facility

A facility built for process equipment

Our fabrication facility is equipped with CNC plasma cutting, plate rolling, dishing and flanging, TIG and MIG welding stations, polishing booths and a dedicated hydro-test bay. Material flow is organized to keep stainless steel segregated from carbon steel, avoiding cross-contamination at every step.
